1. About us

These terms apply to services booked with Zuri Braids at 14 St Margaret's Street, Canterbury CT1 2TG. By booking an appointment you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings and deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is deducted from your final bill.
  • Please arrive with clean, blow-dried hair unless a wash-and-style is included. A late-arrival fee of £10 may apply after 15 minutes.
  • Prices shown on our website are estimates. Final cost depends on hair length, thickness and style detail and will be confirmed at consultation.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to move your deposit to a new date.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.
  • No-shows will be asked to pay 50% of the service price before booking again.

4. Hair extensions and products

You can bring your own braiding hair or purchase premium hair from us at the appointment. We are not responsible for reactions caused by hair or products supplied by the client.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Tell us in advance about any scalp conditions, allergies, recent chemical treatments or medical concerns.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Please be respectful of our staff and other clients — we reserve the right to refuse service.

6. Aftercare and satisfaction

We want you to love your braids. Please review your style in the mirror before you leave. Adjustments requested within 48 hours are free of charge. Refunds are not offered for completed services, but we will always work with you to put things right.

7. Liability

We take care to deliver a high-quality service, but our liability for any loss is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited under UK law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
